Stiff Neck Homeopathy Remedy
Definition:
Stiffness in the neck region due to rheumatism (muscular).
Causes:
Draft, cold, chili, tension and due to viral infection.
Symptoms:
Stiffness, immobility in the area and discomfort.
Treatment:
Aconitum napellus; Causticum; Cimicifuga racemosa; Lachnanthes tinctoria.
Aconitum napellus: When the onset is acute, due to exposure to a cold and chilling draft. There is restlessness and anxiety.
Causticum: Useful for rheumatism and stiffness, usually better during rain and inclement weather.
Cimicifuga racemosa: Helpful with pain that is relieved by light pressure or massage.
Lachnanthes tinclosia: For right sided stiff necks, associated with sweating and pain in the upper arm and eibow.
