Hematuria Homeopathy Remedy
Definition:
Hematuria is the presence of blood in the urine. Oliguria and anuria are the diminished excretion of urine and complete supression of urine respectively.
Causes:
Kidney or urinary bladder disorders or injury. Although this disorder may not always be serious, it requires early diagnosis to discover the site of bleeding - as these disorders may occur with neoplasms of the genito-urinary system.
Symptoms:
Blood originating from the kidney is dull brown, while blood from the urinary bladder is reddish.
Treatment:
Cantharis vesicatoria; Hamamelis virginica; Nitricum acidum; Terebinthiniae.
Cantharis vesicatoria: Violent paroxysms of cutting and burning sensations in the groin. Intolerable, painful, constant urging to urinate. Scalding urine passed drop by drop. Membranous jelly-like deposits in the urine.
Hamamelis virginica: Increased desire to urinate. Anus sore and raw. Pulsations in the rectum. Profusely bleeding hemorrhoids.
Nitricum acidum: Albuminous, scanty, dark and offensive urine; smells like horse's urine; cold urine passed out. Burning and stinging. Alternation of cloudy, phosphatic urine with profuse urinary secretion in chronic prostatic disorders.
Terebinthiniae: Scanty, suppressed urine with an odor of violets. Strangury with bloody urine. Urethritis with painful erection. Constant tenesmus.
