Digitalis purpurea: An urgent desire to urinate, often associated with prostatic enlargement; a dragging-like sensation in the bladder is characteristic. Pulse slow.

Nux vomica: Frequency with burning pains, but only few drops are passed. Straining is common and dribbling of urine is a feature.

Sabal serrulata: Useful where the frequency is associated with prostatic enlargement.
