Clinical Picture:Suited to women who are inclined to obesity, who suffer from habitual constipation with a history of delayed menstruation.

Sad, despondent; music makes the patient weep. Morning sickness during menstruation.
Leucorrhea, acrid, excoriating; occurs in gushes day and night; before and after menses.
Unhealthy skin; every injury suppurates (Hepar sulphuris calcareum); Old cicatrices break open again; eruptions behind the ears, between fingers and toes and on various parts of the body, from which oozes a watery, transparent, sticky fluid.
The nails are brittle, crumbling, deformed (Antimonium crudum), painful, sore, as if ulcerated; thick and crippled.
Sensation of cobwebs on the forehead, tries hard to brush it off.
Modalities:
Worse:
Warmth.
At night.
During and after menstruation.
Relations:
Complementary to Causticum, Hepar sulphuris calcareum and Lycopo-dium clavatum.
Follows Sulphur in skin affections; after Sepia in profuse leucorrhea.
Similar to Lycopodium clavatum, Pulsatilla nigricans in menstrual disorders.
