Squirting cucumber
Clinical Picture:Agonizing abdominal pain causing the patient to bend double and pressing the abdomen. Patient is restless, twist and turn to obtain relief; pain decreased by hard pressure.
Vertigo on quickly turning the head, especially to the left.
Shooting pain, like lightening shocks, down the whole limb; from the left hip to the left knee (to the popliteal fossa).

Mortification caused by humiliation (Staphysagria, Lycopodium clavatum).
Cheese increases colic.
From doubling up.
Hard pressure.
Warmth.
Lying with head bent forward.
Relations:
Complementary to Mercurius vivus in dysentery with severe tenesmus. Similar to Graphites; intense pain along right sciatic nerve, darting, cutting, from right hip joint down to foot; worse lying down, motion, stepping; better by sitting.
