Clinical Picture:Nausea or vomiting from riding in an automobile, boat or railroad car (Arnica montana, Nux moschata), or even looking at a boat in motion; sea sickness, car sickness or travel sickness.
Headache; in nape and occiput; extending to the spine; as if tightly bound by a cord; with nausea, as if at sea, at each menstrual period; increased by lying on the back of head.
III effects from loss of sleep, mental excitement and night watching; feels weak when even one hour's sleep is lost.

Carriage riding.
Motion or tossing of ship or vehicle.
