Clinical Picture:
Constant pain at the inferior angle and medial margin of (usually the right) scapula.
Disorders brought on or renewed by changes of weather (Mercurius vivus).
Desires very hot drinks; unless almost boiling the stomach will not retain them (Arsenicum album, Cascarilla).
Trigeminal neuralgia (of the right side) with excessive lachrymation (Rhus toxicodendron).
Jaundice (hepatic disorders;).

Modalities:
Worse:

Right side.
Motion.
Touch.
Changes of weather.
Very early in the morning.
Better:
After dinner; from pressure.

Relations:
Arsenicum album, Bryonia alba, Lyoopodium clavatum and Sulphur follow well and will often be required (as complements) to complete the cure.

Summary of Indications:
Trigeminal neuralgia - muscle sprains - hepatic disorders.
