Clinical Picture:A gouty or rheumatic diathesis. Pain is tearing and stitching in one or more joints; redness and swelling of joints.
Urine is highly coloured with a very offensive smell, associated with gouty symptoms.

With wine.
In a closed room.
When covered.
Relations:
Useful if Colchicum autumnale fails to relieve gout.
Incompatible with wine, which aggravates urinary, gouty and rheumatic affections.

Polyarthritis - gout.
