Clinical Picture:
Constantly contemplating on committing suicide. Headaches, profound melancholy; patient feels hateful and quarrelsome. Mental depression. Failing of the head hair (alopecia).
Violent palpitations; anxiety with congestion of blood in the head and the chest after exertion; pulse of small volume, feeble, rapid and irregular; visible pulsations of the cartoid and temporal arteries.
Bone disorders. Necrosis of bones, osteomyelitis, bone-pains.

Modalities:
Worse:

Cold air.
When exposed to cold.
Winter.
Lying down.
Mental exertion.
Better:
In warm air.
When getting warm.
Summer.
In the mornings.

Relations:
Aurum follows and is followed well by Syphilinum.
