Clinical Picture:Especially for patients who are fat and sluggish; or the body is large and corpulent, but the legs are too thin.
Watery, acrid coryza, corroding the lips (Allium cepa, Sulphur), diarrhea and vomiting during menses; bloody discharge from the bowels (Phosphorus); neuralgic pains in the feet.
Sensation of coldness in the low back and between the scapulae (Lachnanthes tinctoria).
Offensive sweat of the feet (Alumina, Graphites, Psorinum, Sanicula aqua, Silicea).

Head and chest symptoms in the morning.Better:
Abdominal symptoms in the afternoon.
Open air.
Relations:
Followed by Antimonium crudum, Phosphorus, Pulsatilla nigricans or Sanicula aqua as complementary remedies.
