Clinical Picture:Puerperal mania. Tries to injure (her)self. Constantly thinks about suicide.
Sensation as if a heavy black cloud has settled all over (her) the patient. Aching or sharp, darting, shooting pains in orbits of eyes.
Heart disorders from uterine or ovarian affections; palpitation following the least motion.
Spasms, hysterical or epileptic.
Severe (left sided) infra-mammary pains.
Pregnancy; Nausea; sleeplessness; false labour pains; sharp pains across the abdomen; abortion during the first trimester (Sabina). When given during laft month of pregnancy it shortens labour, if symptoms correspond (Caulophyllum thalictroides, Pulsatilla nigricans).
Rheumatism affecting the muscles5, pains stitching, cramping.
